due to other work commitments it's been a while since I've had the time & energy to get creative but in the last few weeks I've been blessed with some spare moments to get going again! I'm re-launching with new designs at Flashback II a fabulous vintage event which promises to be another spectacular evening! Thursday 27th March at The Lacehouse in Nottingham. There are still tickets available but be quick!

I must admit the buttercream & latte shades mixed with lace make for the cutest pom poms I've ever made! what do you think??

If it's half as good as Pulse at Earl's Court back in June it will be brilliant and I can't wait!
If you have a shop and are heading down there come and say hello..

so my lovely friend Beth (herself a baker - always likes to support fellow creatives) is getting married in Iceland next week and asked me to make some gorgeous silk flowers for her and her bridesmaids to wear on the big day. She let me use my own creativity to come up with something, just giving me a guideline on the colour - "faded ballerina's tutu" she said - I was happy with that!
Here's what I created...
8 cute little rose corsages that the girls can wear in their hair or pin to a jacket...
...and one beautiful HUGE rose that Beth is wearing as a show stopping headpiece
(modeled by me here!)
